Oh, the card looks OK to me....
Case doesn't appear to be tampered with.
I'll bet in person the corners of that card look like garbage. Especially the bottom right.
PSA gives a ton of leniency those Donruss Box sets. The shrink wrap is often very tight, so the corners are often curled over. The first time I bought one, I was shocked that the card received a 10. Not that I would ever blame a seller for it, that's just silly.

That corner looks like a 5 or 6 to me... I can't believe they gave the card a 10. Note to self. Self - Don't buy any 1989 Donruss PSA 10s...

You'd pretty much have to avoid any sort of 80s/90s Donruss factory set product that sealed the cards in cello bricks. "Cello corners" are the norm with those.
