Anyone have problems contacting JSA via email?

This is only my second experience with JSA, but I've sent them two emails with no response over the last 2 weeks. I was just curious if anyone else had similair problems or if there is a way to check the status of my submission?

Never delt with JSA, I've only exer delt with PSA/DNA.

Is there any way to check and see submission status? I'm getting a little irritated with them. I paid for same day encapsulation and grading at the National. About 5 hours later, they called me and said it won't be ready. I went back to the booth and they said it was now going to take a week or two. This is week 4 and I still haven't heard anything. To top it all off they still charged me for $99 same day fee.....

Yep lol, sure do. Work has been extra hectic lately and I haven't had a chance to call. Like I said in the original post I haven't had much experience with them and was just curious if this was a trend.

No, they don't do online sub status updates, Beckett sends you a notice when they get it and when they ship it (for encapsulation), and if that's what you are after then they still have to send it to Texas.

The only delays I've ever had were from more oddball signatures (so they were obviously spending the time to look into them further), which has also been my experience with PSA/DNA.
