Error Code 100

Periodically, I attempt a search and more often than not I get the following:

The page you were accessing requires variables to be passed to it.
Error Code: 100

Is it just me?

I get the same or similar thing when I try searching using Firefox browser, but I think it has something to do with plug-ins, add-ons or my security settings being too tightly set (or screwed up to the max), rather than something specific to Firefox. When I want to search this forum, I am forced to use Internet Explorer, (again, not because it is better in any way, since I am convinced it is not), but likely because I haven't screwed it up as bad as I have done with Firefox.

I get it periodically (and have with both IE and Firefox).
