Mintage unknown, PCGS population by grade is in their members only pop report.

I usually see the estimated mintage listed at ~6000, with some estimating ~3000. Generally, it's speculated at twice the mintage of the 1999-W $10.

I take that to mean
MS70 - 18
MS69 - 1727
MS68 - 343
MS67 - 48
MS66 - 9
MS65 - 5
MS64 - 1
with no example grading MS60-63.
Is that correct?
