Lowball Forensics - can you determine the date/mint for this seated half?

As a lowball collector, one of the "skills" one develops is the ability to guess at severely worn coin dates/mint marks. Below, please find images of a coin I purchased on ebay. It was listed by the seller as an 1864-P Seated Half. See if you can determine the date and from which mint it came from. I was able to guess from these pictures and the coin in-hand verified my guess.

I will also say 1860-O, and if you need any low grade low ball seated quarters shoot me a pm.

1860-O -They don't come any lower grade than that and can still be ID'ed. Bob

Here is one that I posted awhile ago. The obverse is worn slick and you can barely make out libertys outline. The date is completely gone! Yet I still know the date. It is an 1864-s, it is identified by the transitional reverse that was only used on this year.

The mintmark appears to be an "O".
The 3rd digit of the date looks like a "6".
The only dates struck in New Orleans in the 1860's are 1860 and 1861. Given these constraints, the last digit of the date is a "0".
    Therefore, the date/mm is 1860-O.

Bingo, the 1860-0 crowd is the winner! While the last date is not clearly visible (could be a 0, 2, 3, 8, or 9......something with a curved top), the partial "O" mint mark and the 3rd digit being a "6" tell you it has to be a 60-O or 61-O as that's the end of the "O" mint marks...... How the original seller preceived this to be a 64-P is beyond me!

Partagas, I have a slick obverse 53-O that is also identifiable only by the reverse (O mint mark and Rays).

wow the 53-O sounds awesome. Is the mintmark filled or unfilled?
