Are these often seen in MS-64? What do you think the approx value would be?

Not all that often, but only because most people wouldn't bother slabbing them. For revolutionary issues, these are fairly common in higher grades unless they happen to be one of the scarcer die pairings.

    Maybe $10 or so.

I've often wondered who sends such coins to be slabbed, when cost to do so exceeds the value. I've seen similar inexpensive US-PI One Centavo coins slabbed by PCGS, and I even bought a couple when bidding ended under than $20.

Often it is just to fill a slot, when you need to send a 5 coin minimum.

Next time you need to fill a slot, give me a ring. I send you a coin PLUS $10 to fill that slot.

    I like those coins
I manage money. I earn money. I save money .
I give away money. I collect money.
I don’t love money . I do love the Lord God.
