Has anyone ever cracked out/resubmitted a PSA 8 and gotten a PSA 10?

Just wondering if this has happened with anyone here.

Yes, I've done it several times.
The last time was with an 84 Nestle Hand Cut Dale Murphy. Originally graded a PSA 8, cracked and resubbed into a PSA 10.

In my experience, it's not corners or centering, but small print imperfections that one grader with see as more of and issue than another grader.

I have on an '89UD Griffey RC. When they were worth money in a 10, PSA graded it an 8. When they weren't worth much money, then they gave me the 10. I've never had that happen on vintage though.

    I cracked out a PSA 8 1972 Carlton Fisk and it came back a PSA 9 not a 10, but still a $350 difference.

Didn't someone here recently buy a 1958 PSA 8 common for ~$40, and had it regraded a 10 and sold it for ~$3000?

I have had a PSA 6 '67 Topps baseball c/o'd and come back PSA 10 (pop 1/1)..........very slight edge repair was required. also have had a PSA 7 '55 Topps AA FB come back 8.5, then c/o'd again into a 9. I have had a '55 AA PSA 5 c/o'd and re-slabbed into an 8.
