Question re opening PSA pack cases

Can someone tell me the best way to open up PSA pack cases. On YouTube I see them using scissors like a knife through butter. These PSA cases I have are thick and impenetrable!!! Please help!

large pliers , snap off a large corner near the label. use a smaller flathead screw driver to pry the holder apart. I used to use the dremel but this way works as well and is cheaper if you don't already have a dremel
