I watched the 1983 Finals game 4 the other night. It was the 76ers sweeping the Lakers in Moses Malone's first season with them and also Dr J's first championship ring.I have a few others recorded on the DVR that I am looking forward to seeing. Are there any other hardcore, old school NBA fans here on the forum ever watch these?

I have a fairly extensive collection of vintage NBA and ABA games on dvd. Many of them have come right from the CBS vaults and are not openly traded There is a pretty big community of guys who collect old games from years gone by. I grew up loving basketball in the 70's and 80's so anything from that era is great for me.

They ran a bunch of old all-star games a few weeks ago - they were awesome. While I remember some of the ones from the 80's that they showed, I loved seeing the 1969 and 1972 games. Great players I had never really gotten to see play before.
