another ebay "fix"

I won several auctions from sellers who combine shipping across multiple days. I still had some of their items on my watch list and bid list, so I'm not paying them right away. Meanwhile, I find a BIN at a good price (about what it would go for at auction) on a cheap card. The seller expects payment right away, so I go to pay. Well, now ebay has changed the payment process. If you have items from multiple sellers and you don't want to pay for everything at once, you used to be able to just remove some of the sellers from the list. Now the only way to do that involves ungrouping those sellers' auctions. eBay doesn't give me any way to regroup them. I had to send 2 sellers emails apologizing for this and asking them to send me new invoices.

Is it a requirement to work at ebay that you have no clue how online auctions work from the buyer's or seller's perspective?

The ebay CSR's are "yes men", even when they cause you problems they won't fix them. I was contacted by "Schad Deesing" with apologies and a $50 gift certificate because something a rep told me got me suspended (I had a listing deleted and they told me "what to do", but this actually made it worse and ended up getting me suspended.)
