Ebay Commercial Plus Pricing for Postage-Any More Info?

Hi all,

I was reading this:

When I click the link for more info, it takes me to the postal service website and say's to contact a postal agent for more info. Does anyone know any more about this? 32% discount sounds nice....or do we already get that by printing the labels through Ebay/Paypal?

Thanks for your reply. I had saw that earlier, but it didn't really address the 32% discount they are offering. I saw it was for certain level sellers, but didn't really see much more than that. I'm guessing the discount is already in effect for the higher level sellers.

Here is link to information. The up to 32.5% discount applies to Priority and Express Mail only. Pretty much useless for most card sellers.
