Good find.

The real excitement would be to check the motto on the obverse for doubling. If it has it, it's pretty clear cut to see; the N, G, T, R, and last T especially have healthy notching.

The answer to both questions is more than one. I hope somebody with a better feel for it chimes in now.

If I remember correctly there are at least 4 die pairs:

regular - regular
ddo - regular
regular - ddr
ddo - ddr

There is also a D/D RPM, though I'm not sure if this is included in one of the above or a separate obverse die. Maybe Brian can chime in on that one.
