First PCGS Submittal

I'm about to make my first submittal to PCGS and have a question. I'm using my voucher (8 coins) and will be submitting at least 5 of the 2010-P 5-oz ATBs from the mint. Will PCGS return the original holders? Not a big deal, just curious. Also, if anyone has any tips/reminders for a "first-timer" I would appreciate any and all suggestions. Thanks in advance.

If you request the Mint Packaging, PCGS will return for a small fee.......I think....

My first submission was in 2006 when I joined PCGS. I bought the new proof Buffalo and it was my first submission. I didn't have a clue what grade I would get. Pulled up my submission a few days later.....PCGS PR70DCAM......hooked ever since....

Ditto here, down to the year and the coin.

submit them in the capsule only and you can ask for the capsules back, but you have to ask. write a note on the form.


there are other capsules and plastic flips out there that you can buy and use to submit them in. that way if they get lost or damaged, it won't matter.
