I know that this isn't the Vintage Board but those that can help, only reside here.

I am ever so close to finishing my 1974 Topps Baseball set in PSA 8 or HIGHER with NO QUALIFIERS.

Below I have listed the cards that I need to complete this set. However, most of these card show 0 population in PSA 8 or 9. Therefore, if anyone has any HIGH grade raw cards to sell or would be interested in sending their cards in to PSA on my behalf, I would be most grateful.
