Afternoon...Can we get the User Friendly Version ?

Afternoon,
As usual new rules with E-Bay: Question is what does it mean for You and Me???
1. International sellers: specified shipping cost and carrier now required in your listings to Canada, the UK and Australia
To make items available to Australia, Canada, and the UK, specified international shipping information (carrier and cost) is now required. Later this year, these listings could appear in the main search results for these three markets.
Lets see I ship to Canada and several areas in the World, do I have to go in and change something in 800 listings?
2. Category and Item specifics are now in affect in ....Categories (Collectibles) WTF ?
3. Our records indicate that one or more of your listings now specifies a 3- or 7-day return window, or does not offer buyers a money-back option.
I now offer a 7 Day return policy, Again I have to change 800 listings!!!!!!!!!!
4. And this is my Favorite, although anybody who didn't see this coming is Blind !!!
Keep your buyers on eBay-for your protection and theirs
As of October 1, new listings and re-listings will be blocked if the item description includes an email address or link that doesn't help buyers transact safely and efficiently on eBay.
Ie: We are putting another Raodblock between you making a Penny we can't get our Grubby percentage From!!!
I am trying to figure out what I need to do with all of these changes!!

Important reminder: Fall Seller Update—changes now in effect, more upcoming
Dear thedutymon:
Many changes announced earlier this year launch this week, with more to come in the following weeks. Most of these updates require minimal adjustments to your selling practices, but make sure to review and edit any affected listings so you're all set for smooth, profitable holiday selling.

To make items available to Australia, Canada, and the UK, specified international shipping information (carrier and cost) is now required. Later this year, these listings could appear in the main search results for these three markets.
Category and Item Specifics updates in effect
Updates are now in effect in the following categories: Coins, Computers & Networking, eBay Motors Parts & Accessories, Consumer Electronics, Tickets, Collectibles, and eBay Motors Vehicles. Find out if your listings are affected.
Attract even more buyers-offer a meaningful return policy
Today's online shoppers expect to have a reasonable timeframe for returns and the option of getting money back—that's why you can now offer "Money back or exchange" as a returns option. In 2012, the 3- and 7-day return options will be retired and a money-back option will be required whenever returns are accepted. As always, sellers may specify an "all sales final" policy. Give yourself a competitive edge with a generous return window and money-back option—this holiday season, sellers with a standard or above performance rating that offer a 14-day or longer return policy will get an added advantage in Best Match sort for Fixed Price listings. Learn more about returns.
Our records indicate that one or more of your listings now specifies a 3- or 7-day return window, or does not offer buyers a money-back option. Make sure to update these listings as soon as possible—before these options are retired next year and a money back option is required. Offering a generous return policy—especially during the holidays—builds your reputation for great service, and you'll likely be rewarded with repeat customers!
New protection for your performance rating
Beginning August 31, if a buyer doesn't contact you before opening an eBay Buyer Protection case, and you act quickly to resolve it, the case won't be included in your performance rating.
25 EXTRA characters in your title coming next week
Starting September 1, you'll have additional characters—to include more keywords and descriptors to get your listings in front of more interested buyers. Be sure to start using all 80 characters in your listing titles as soon as they are available!
Keep your buyers on eBay-for your protection and theirs
As of October 1, new listings and re-listings will be blocked if the item description includes an email address or link that doesn't help buyers transact safely and efficiently on eBay.
