Who is good a spotting a fake PSA ?

I am thinking of purchasing a card graded by PSA on Ebay. I hear horror stories of buying one and then getting something that has been tampered with. I guess before I pull the trigger on one that is pricey maybe someone that has a real good eye can take a look at the auction for me. I can send you a PM if you want .
