Looking for Information: Washington Mint Set of 4 Great Seal 200th Anniversary Buckles

Does anyone know anything about them? They were sold as a set of four: one in 14K solid gold, one in sterling, one in sterling with gold accents, and one in bronze.

I cannot find anything online about them. If anyone can direct me to a resource, I would appreciate it.
