looking for help on these "mini's"

I bought a huge collection the other day and am cataloging it. These were in it and I'm not sure... is each of the little ones one card? or is it taken as all three... how would I figure value? and how do I identify the different variants of these mini's

I believe these are 2003-2004 rookie matrix. Keep the cards in tact. The cards vary with different players. There is actually a varation that has wade/lebron/Bosh all on the same card. Who would have ever thought about that back in 2003?
