Crossover Question

Will PSA crossover an SGC card if it is still in the SGC holder or do I need to crack it out first?

Buying 1957 Baseball PSA 8 or higher. Especially Checklists, and Contest Cards. Topps1957psa8set@aol.com

They will, however, i feel the overwhelming response here will be crack and submit.
