Bob Pace Boxing and Substance Collectables

Someone showed me two items--a Muhammad Ali signed glove and a Muhammad Ali signed Bill White baseball. The glove was authenticated by Substance Collectables and had a serial-numbered hologram and certificate, and the baseball was authenticated by Bob Pace Boxing and had a serial-numbered hologram and certificate.

I have looked around a little bit and am leery of Substance Collectables and haven't really formed an opinion on Bob Pace Boxing. Does anyone know anything about these two companies and whether they are legitimate? I don't have photos of the items to post.
