Absolutely GEM MINT in every respect, as the PSA 10 grade would indicate, this is the hockey rookie card of the decade. I bought early and am interested in raising some cash so I will offer it here at $485.00 dlvd. Price is FIRM. The last one to sell on eBay went for $505+ and several in the past few months have sold for CONSIDERABLY more.

Correct....exactly why I am offering the card here as the "seller". Ebay fees are ridiculous. That being said, unless I slept through my economics courses back in college the "buyer" still paid $505 which was/is the low side of the recent "market" for Gem Mint examples of this card.
