    I'll guess April. Those hitters aren't up to speed right out of the gates.
    The best pitch to start a hitter off with is always strike one.

    For the least, I'd say April as the pitchers aren't stretched out yet.

    May. Pitchers are stretched out enough that managers don't try to over-control them.

    September has seen the most no hitters with 22.04%

    October has seen the least no hitters with only 1.22%
