CC renewal question

If you renew, can you send your cards in on one of the specials before you receive your membership packet in the mail?

    My thoughts would say "no", because in the packet is the voucher for your free submissions.

    Sorry about that, I misread the question. I thought you were talking about the voucher that comes in the packet.
