Turn around time for autographed card from manufacturer?

Hi all,

Does anyone knows the turn around time for autographed card direct from manufacturer eg those 2010 panini autographed cards from packs? Is it 20 days for all autographed card or based on the service u chose?

Eg if I submit a 2010 panini John wall jersey autographed card (from pack) under walk through, is the turnaround 1 day or 20 days?
