WTB = PAYING $500 (as of 8/1/2013 for a specific doily sample slab. Picture now shown!

New buying price as of August 1, 2013=====$500
Revised buying price as of December 5, 2012=$450
Revised buying price as of August 24, 2012==$400
New buying price as of August 8, 2012=====$350
Former buying perice as of June 6, 2012 ====$300
I am willing to pay $200 (new price $250 as of 8/29/2011) for THE SPECIAL doily sample slab that has the ENTIRE label covered with the doily (confetti) pattern. NO WHITE STRIP ON THE BOTTOM which is the usual format.
Additionally, the special doily label MUST have the ROUNDED CORNERS and SMOOTH LEFT AND RIGHT EDGES as per the PCGS 3.5 labels, NOT THE USUAL SHARP CORNERS OR THE SERRATED LEFT AND RIGHT SIDES as in the typical PCGS 3.0 doily labeled slab (sample or production run).
I have seen one of these 20 years ago and just acquired one this week. There has to be at least one or more of these sample slabs somewhere in the USA!

Just saying.
So much for buy the coin, not the holder. Can't say I understand the craze.
Good luck with your quest to find the doily of your dreams oreville!
It is all about the little label inside that plastic.

I'm pretty sure these were handcut...that's how they look. I think these are an aberration and one would be hard pressed to find too many.
