Sorry for the low res picture, it is the best I could do with a cell phone. A guy wants to sell me this for $100. Is it likely a legit Clemens auto or a fake? Any help you can provide would be most excellent. TY. Meatloaf

Dont. Its sharpie on what looks like a fake ball.
You can buy a bunch of sweetspot signed balls authenticated by PSA or JSA off ebay from about $130.
