Even though Jim has recently over-shadowed his original number of $1650 with $1764, he remains the Man!

Same here. Have about 80K left in a 401k that I need to convert to the Roth, but have to wait until after the first of the year since it will count as taxable income. Did a big conversion this year, but only enough to keep me out of the next tax bracket.
