Even though Jim has recently over-shadowed his original number of $1650 with $1764, he remains the Man!

I will be celebrating (maybe a beer, smoothie, or martini depending on the time of day) with a few other patient PM stackers when it reaches the magic number.

I hope the durn'ed stuff doesn't skyrocket yet. I've got some income in the pipeline for a little later this year and I'd rather get a good price if I had my druthers.

Same here. Have about 80K left in a 401k that I need to convert to the Roth, but have to wait until after the first of the year since it will count as taxable income. Did a big conversion this year, but only enough to keep me out of the next tax bracket.
