Anybody else think $20/day for GA at the National is a little salty???

I believe GA was $15 a couple years ago in Cleveland... I have no idea what it was last year.
You can save a whopping $1 if you buy you GA tickets in advance on-line... Whoo-pee.
Advance tickets are $18/ea, but then they want $1 each for a convenience fee.

That being said, I'm still going two days and I know it'll be packed both days.

Looking forward to the show!!!... Just not the $40 it's gonna cost just to get in.

I too was mad when I had to pay $20 for parking and $20 for admission down in Atlantic City years ago. Now I don't ever gamble, but I was so angry that I said to myself that I'm going into that casino and getting my money back for them charging so much for parking. I sit down at the blackjack table for ten minutes only, and then I get up and walk away with $100.00 after tipping the dealer $10. I pick up some nice fruit from a south jersey farm stand for my wife and mom on the way back, and then use the rest to fill up my vehicle.

That price point will certainly keep a lot of people away. Not everyone can afford to spend $20-$40 just to walk in the doors of a card show. I hope they at least have a nominal "kids fee" as to not keep kids away from the biggest event in a "kids" hobby.

20 bucks to get in and I think its nearly 20 bucks to park as well! I live within an hours drive of Rosemont and hate that it always costs me between 30 and 40 bucks just to get in the door no matter what show I attend at Rosemont.

Best bet if your going for a couple days and one of them is today is get a VIP package. You get all the promo stuff and free autos of certain people. You can always recoop the costs from the free swag they give out.
