1922-P Tilted Partial Collar (Caught in a Coin Counter)
2000-P $1 SAC PCGS MS65 Mint Error Full Partial Collar = Asking $495.00 Fully Shipped. Very scarce error for the Sacagawea $1 series as only a few Partial Collars are known to exist. A very attractive coin for the grade and the obverse looks Off Center do to the Full Partial Collar Strike. These SAC errors just aren't available in the marketplace very often today.
Although a completely flat design this issue seems to be tough for NGC to assign a proper grade too.
Over the course of the last few years every single NGC example I've seen has been over graded.
AU55 really XF45, MS62 really XF45, MS64 really AU55, along with this example which is also a XF45 and priced accordingly.
A crudely struck issue which has hard surfaces and a somewhat woodgrain appearance due to planchet mixture impurities.
Although just a R-1 rated HTT it's tough to locate above circulated VF.
