I've been compiling a list of grading services and I am blown away. I thought I could write them down quickly, but there are like 20-30+ different grading services. I was adding them to a grading service page for CE and 1.5 hours later, still not done. Will continue tonight. The most funny one was "Best Rate Grading" which is based out of Waynesboro, TN and of course Snaggletooth Grading. Discovered that there are (2) MGS companies (Mint Grading Service and Masters Grading Specialists). I'll let everyone know when I've finished the list. Some won't be added because lack of info.

    i prefer psa but i do like bgs for their subgrades, which i think are crucial, and their much sturdier plastic cases. i dont like the inflated premiums which i think are unjustified for bgs cards. i also think its somewhat of a conflict of interest to "reflect" prices and also influence them so directly with their grading. i definetly prefer psa and bgs to any others, simply because they are establised, and aren't trying to make their money overnight. thanks auto, for compiling a list, i am interested to see how it turns out.

    Did you see the third PRO company (not the PGC, not the PRO 9.8 company) but there is another one that is just screwdowns with labels in them and he puts stickers over the screws- YOu can prolly find one on Ebay

    My icon is Snagglepuss, which the grading company most likely stole their name from. If you take this grading card company seriously, please forward all your cards to me, and I will do a better job grading them for you.

    Very interesting, auto. Before BGS was my first choice, but now it's PSA, all the way!
