Ebay - Charles 1 Half Crown Genuine?

I know nothing about hammered coins and I am asking here for a friend who is interested in this coin:

Charles 1 Half Crown

Is it real? Are there any obvious problems with it?

I see no reason to doubt it.

No reason to suspect it isn't real. As for problems, the listing title is right but not much else. Strong strike - no, about VF - no, old toning - maybe but colour reproduction is never the best on ebay listings. It has striking splits, is too flat in many parts and is probably the commonest type of Chas I 2/6d. You can get much better for a few hundred dollars. What you are unlikely to find easily is a nice round, full flan, fully struck up example. Quality control at the mint wasn't good in 1645. Having sad that, at its current price of £11.61, it is a bargain, so the only question is whether you could live with it.
