Ebay problems

Anyone else out there having the following problems on Ebay:
1) No saved searches emails yesterday.
2) Suddenly empty watchlist. But the cards you were watching still say they are on your watchlist, despite not being displayed in "My Ebay".
Any suggestions? Clearing cache didn't seem to help.
Technical Support over there is a joke. It took me ten minutes to get the guy to understand that "Saved Searches" are different from "Messages".
