Help: Is this a real Michael Jordan Auto Insert Card or Some Sort of Crazy or Fake Custom Job?

A gentleman wants to trade me this ungraded MJ auto insert card from UD for a small cache of solid rookie cards worth slightly over 4 figures $$$. I have tried to find this card on Beckett's online price guide with no success. Additionally, I searched Ebay for a similar card...found nothing. I am beginning to wonder if this thing is some sort of custom job that someone spliced together on their own in order to fool others or just to be creative in a non malicious way. Either way, I am gun shy about making the trade because the card does not add up when looking at in on the surface. The warning flags that I see are: 1) no "congrats, you have received an authentic MJ auto" line of UD text on the back of the card; 2) the "1/23" appears to be black ink and the auto appears to be blue in color; 3) I can't find the card on listed on any pricing site, as if it never existed. I have provided some scans below for your viewing.
-What is your opinion?
-Does anyone know for certain this is a real UD auto insert Jordan card?
-If it is real UD card, what would it go for in today's market?
I don't want to be duped into accepting a fake auto card or a legit card that does not meet the $$$ trade value.
Also, if the card is legit should I sell it raw or send in for grading in order to max future value?
Thank you for your help. Alex "Meatloaf" Ramthun

Definitely not legit. The set is called Timeframe and you can search ebay for "Jordan Timeframe".
