Was there something wrong with the listing of this card the first time it sold that would lead the owner to think he could multiply his investment in a few weeks?

I see people try this all of the time with the Wrestling cards. Marking it up 15 fold is more extreme though then I think I have ever seen.
If the item is still in previous sales on EBAY that is even crazier.
If he can get a sucker to offer $3,000 which is only 20% of the asking price he will kill it.
There are some dumb people out there with money to burn.
