Best (or Worst) Clemente Forgery Ever?

I was taking a look at some completed auctions on eBay & ran across this baby:

Roberto Forgery

Not to mention that the handwriting is a joke, BUT Clemente died tragically on 12/31/72 and this picture with the MLB licensing hologram wasn't probably even manufactured until 2008 or something like that...

Not sure whether to laugh or cry........

    MLB puts those holograms on official photos. It's not meant to authenticate the signature. The guy is just an idiot.

    I don't think it's a forgery. It looks like it may have been signed by Clemente's son, Roberto Clemente Jr.

    You hit it on the head. Thats not Clemente's signature, its his son's. He does private signings from time to time as well.

    Yeah, that could be it but the question begs who would want his autograph (he may have played at the minor league level for a couple years)?
