1930s Hockey Match Book Covers (lot of 15 - mint!) - Gone! Thanks!

Back in the mid 1930s, The Diamond Match Co., issued some pro hockey matches. Around circa 1935 they issued "tan colored" matches (I think they were called Type II and Type III series, which I've been told type II has about 70 known covers and Type III has about 60).

Plus a few other varieties (which I have three of).

For the most part, used matchbooks survived, most used with obvious condition issues. What I have is a lot of (15) match book covers that never went into production and have "never seen the light of day".

Some experts claim these are uncatalogued "factory samples" but in my opinion these are just unused "factory stock" that never made it into "match book" production.

And somehow, they have survived.

Over the past 10 years, the seller, "The Bubblegum Hall of Fame" has sold a few of them individually as "Factory Samples". In fact they have just a few left for sale right now, selling them at $75 to $100 each (see below):

If anyone would like all (15) examples (scans below) of these Rare, mint condition Hockey Match Covers, you can have the lot for $153 ($150 + $3 S/H = $153). Just LMK if any of you "vintage hockey guys" are interested.

I just want to unload them all at once. Watching "The Bubblegum Hall of Fame's" selling these on and off over the past 10 years, he does eventually sell them "one at a time" but it takes him quite a while to do so!

TIA, rd
