Wax Pack Grading

I want to get a 1963 Topps Baseball pack graded, Does it really take 45 business days? What do I write on the outside of the package? What is the value in terms of a 1 cent pack? I have no idea how mine would grade, but it has no rips tears pin holes ect...Thanks in advance for your help
