I have bought from the seller in the past without a problem, but he won't ship the card I won in auction. Seller won't communicate, now I have to go thru the claim process.
I would imagine he feels he did not get enough money in the auction, but his buy-it-now was very unrealistic according to VCP.

No, going thru the process now with e-bay. I was on paypal's site and i guess i wasn't paying attention and i clicked on opening an e-bay dispute, not a paypal dispute. If i read this correctly I have to wait a week thru the e-bay dispute process before i can file a claim.

This is the kind of person that drives me nuts. He auctions a card, it sells, he receives payment, decides it's not enough and relists with a BIN? If I have this right, he should be no longer allowed to sell on eBay.

Apparently he is upset with eBay's fees. Perhaps he would rather spend his time setting up at shows? I guess there aren't too many shows, well there's always SCD! Better yet he could open his own store.

Even though eBay can be a little frustrating, it's still the best, cheapest way to sell your items.

NO EXCUSE for this kind of behavior!

Welcome to Jed Drinkwine's Vintage Cards. Ebay has changed much for seller's the past year or so.

With higher fee's and almost mandatory free shipping we/I have had to up our prices on cards.

I will try and give my best price at listing and ship fast and safe for you.

Please do not ask me for discounts on cards as Ebay charges me 15% on whatever it sells for.

Please do not email asking for back scans. I do not understand the need for a reverse scan of a graded card.
You either trust the 3rd party service or you do not.

I am not a fan of any guide. I hate VCP Beckett and SMR so please do not email me with completed listing prices
or just to tell me what the SMR is on a card. This is rude.

My ME page has to sound harsh becaue with Ebay's changes and unfair feedback forum we seller's are blackmailed,
bullied, and abused by many buyers about our costs. It's to compansate for the high fee's not to try and gouge a
customer.

It sounds pretty harsh and I would NEVER write it in a listing.

BUT, I do BBL anybody who lowballs me OR asks me questions
that are antagonistic or indicate the possibility of future problems.

I never respond to the folks I am going to BBL. I just do it.

I am not a big seller by any means but 7 to 8 days to ship is insane. Once you get paid the item should be out almost imediately I think.

...UPDATE....

Shortly after I opened the case I was contacted by the seller and told he originally shipped to the wrong address.
Seller then shipped to me and I received the card today.
