what kind of coin is this?

My mother recently passed and we found this amongst other coins, this one looked the oldest and most interesting. I have no idea what to even search for on the internet so i came here, can anyone help?

    It looks like a small ancient Roman bronze of Constantine the Great. "Glory of the Army" reverse, with a soldier on either side of two standards. Can't quite make out the mintmark (in exergue on the reverse), maybe "CON" which would be Constantinople. Minted around 330 or so. An interesting type but very common with a retail of $10-20. You should be able to find a lot of these on ebay.
