HELP!! 1982 Mark Mcgwire Anchorage Pilots..

Are these cards 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 because the one I got in the mail look a lot smaller?image

  • Just checked EVERY one on ebay... Not a single has dimensions on it... I'd just compare what you have to a few of the graded examples and see if it is the same size (Borders check out etc)

    Standard Catalog says they are a standard size card (2 1/2 X 3 1/2).

    Beware . . . this card was extensively counterfeited. And, it was a retro-issue, produced long after 1982.
  • I just measured one of mine and it was 2 13/32 x 3 5/16. Like AUPT said the card was a reto-issue and extensively countereited. The original print run was in 1988 (most if not all of these were OC) the second print run was in 1989 (most if not all were well centered) and i imagine the counterfiets started in the mid to late 90's.
