POP Report Help - 1989 Alomar SLU

POP report for 1989 Roberto Alomar starting lineup card. I have a PSA 8.5.

8.5 = ? 9.0 = ? 10 = ?

I don't believe there are any 10s at this point. Too condition sensitive.
