    Which Braves team?

    Atlanta?
    Milwaukee?
    Boston?

They've moved around so much I can't keep track of them.

And we all know you're gonna say Chipper, so why not just say it and get it over with?

Yes. He would have to be on.

Clearly Aaron and Spahn would be there. Not so sure about Mathews. I'd say #3 was Glavine. #4 is a toss up between Chipper and Dale Murphy. Despite Murphy not making the Hall, he is the most beloved Atlanta Brave (still). I hate to leave off Maddux and Smoltz, but if we have to limit it to 4, those are mine.

I will agree with Murphy. He was the only ray of hope we had to bring a little excitement to the game in the bleak 80's.

IIRC Mathews is the only Brave to play in all 3 markets.

    Good for you.

They used to tell a story about Murphy. He was of the Morman Faith. Playgirl called the Braves office and asked if Murphy might be interested in posing for their centerfold. Whoever answered the phone told them, "Hell lady, we have a hard time getting him to wear short sleeve jerseys."
