    I'd still go small flat rate box.

    I'd go bubble mailer with adequate cardboard and send it registered with insurance. Unless you have third party insurance coverage.

    I'd recommend the box as well. Why take a chance with a bubble mailer when it's just a few dollars difference in postage?
