Whitey Ford Auto Help

I received this Whitey Ford autograph at least 8 years ago from a friend of mine who moved and didn't want to be bothered taking it with him along with a bunch of other stuff. I just recently came across it again and I am wondering if it is legit or not.

I did a search on eBay and it looks like it could be good to me and just wanted other people's opinions on it. Thanks in advance for your help.

Collecting:
Any unopened Baseball cello and rack packs and boxes from the 1970's and early 1980s.

    A bit more eccentric than usual, but looks good to me.
    2.5 is pretty much my speed.

    One of my 3 childhood heros, Whitey, Mickey, and Yogi, it just looks like his writing got better along the way, in the early days the Fo used to be so close together it almost looked like a b looks ok to me.

    I don't collect autos at all, but I thought if it was legit I might frame this one and give it to my wife as she is the Yankee fan in the family.
