    The holder is compromised. Thankfully it's visible or we would have some serious PSA bashing here. You can see the crack at the top and 4 subtle ones parallel from each other.

    If you need it for your registry set then the cert. number is well worth the $9.99 -- a lot of people buy the flip right?
