Seller Grim888 / Vending cases from the 80's

A few weeks back this seller was auctioning off Topps vending cases from I believe 1981 to 1988. At the time the seller, Grim888, had 99% feedback. Since then, he has made his feedback private and it has dropped to 88.3%. Obviously something bad went down, I am just wondering if anyone knows what it was. Non-delivery? Not as described?     15 negatives this month. WTF is he still doing on Ebay?

    Before those 15 negs he had 159 positives with a 100% rating. I wonder what happened.

    My guess is he started sending out the boxes with no cards in them... to save on shipping.
