Haven't received last 3 orders to a reputable dealer

Over the past 2 years I have purchased more than 100 cards (mostly 71 Topps) from 4SharpCorners with nary a problem and delivery that usually comes within 2-3 days. About 7 weeks ago I purchased a single card that never arrived and they immediately refunded my money after I followed up 2+ weeks after payment.

On the 17th of June I purchased 2 cards off ebay and they have not yet arrived nor have the 5 cards I purchased directly from their website on the 23rd. I called and the lady who answered said the order was in Providence and sometimes that post office takes a while.

I have no reason to believe 4SharpCorners has gone rogue and think it must be something else. The 3 orders don't add up to $200 so we're not talking big bucks. Has anyone else come across a spate of flakiness from a dealer with whom they've done considerable business? Could it possibly be someone at their post office (or mine) that didn't have interest in delivering?

I have full confidence they will refund my orders, but I would much rather have the cards and am waiting until next Friday to follow up with them. Your insights would be appreciated.

I have had problems with 4 square corners being a slow shipper. I have never had problems with the cards not arriving.

I had a case arrive cracked from them and they refunded my money quickly ($15 card).

About a year after that had a card not show up (I think about $30...nothing big) they refunded my money but blocked me from buying anything else from them -- which surprised me because at the time I was dropping big money on Mike Bossy cards for my registry set.

I placed a direct order off of their website around a month ago and it arrived with lightning fast speed. That's the only experience I have with them.

Damn, that was a good one; I thought I might've slipped it past the goalie. I gotta hand it to the mods, they're good at what they do.

Sometime last year I had an order of 15 cards for my '73 set registry not show up. I asked them and they were very helpful. They sat in a post office in Connecticut for 3 weeks. I finally did get them and it wasn't their fault. Hope it ends up ok for you!

Now that you mention it, I won a card back on 6/27 and still waiting. I usually get the cards within 4-5 days.
Perhaps, they're catching up from 4th of July holiday.

I've done 6 or 7 transactions with them and never had a problem. Delivery was usually 3-5 days with one transaction taking 7-8 days.

Hope it works out for you...

Web order arrived Tuesday, ebay order arrived today - both in good order. Alarmist on my part I guess due to my last order never making it and ebay order taking 3 weeks. I might give them a couple months to work at these new kinks before any new orders.
