Great raw Banks on Ebay

I hate when sellers sell raw cards and put PSA in their title. But, in this case it looks like a sure fire 8 or higher! Autographed too, what an idiot.

PSA 8 or 8.5?
From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

    Are the PRO or Gem Mint grading companies still around? Might get an 8.5 from them.
