1883 LIBERTY 5 CENT RPD?

I just received a coin I bought on ebay . I only paid $5.99 including shipping and the scan does not do it justice. I would say it is at least an AU IMHO. I noticed a small mark to the west of the current 1 which looks like the base of another 1. The cherrypickers guide has 2 RPD but this is not one of them. Does anyone have any info? Who would be the best to attribute this? C.O.N.E.C.A.? NCADD?

Tony are you referring to the dot ir chunk of metal to the left of the 1, that is all I see and that isn't a RPM but die damage?
