Can Someone Educate Me On How To Read The Label?

This is not my auction, nor did I win it:

http://cgi.ebay.com/1949-Leaf-Charles-Chuck-Bednarik-Autograph-PSA-DNA-134-/180682937181?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2a118ad35d

It's PSA/DNA certified as a '1.' Does that mean the signature is a 1, or the card is graded as a 1. The card I'd understand being a 1, but the signature looks way better than a 1. I thought if it's PSA/DNA certified that the grade is for the autograph, and if it's PSA graded that's the grade of the card. I was confused by this. Any help?

In this case, the card is graded as Poor PSA 1. If it were a grade for the autograph, it would say "Autograph Only".
I collect PSA cards of the following:
    Billy Ripken
    Cal Ripken, Jr. 1980-2002
    Cal Ripken, Sr.
    Hall of Fame Rookies
